Hey Robert, thanks for the thought provoking post. What would I personally do to change the world? Well, I think the first and best thing that I can do to that end is to follow Christ and try to know Him better. He is after all the Creator and He knows far better than I what and how He is changing this world we live in.

I often like to think of the ripple effect. Toss a pebble into a still pond and soon you'll see the waves rippling all the way to the edges. In the same way I believe that if I'm doing my best to follow Christ and be faithful to the charge that He has given me the ripple effect of my actions, and more precisely the actions of the Holy Spirit through me, will touch the world in ways I could never have dreamed possible.

That being said, should we cop out and just let God handle it? No! Seeking God's face in earnest can truly be hazardous to your comfort zone. Pray hard, listen and then get out there and make your best effort to change the world for Christ. If you do, you will receive back far more than you can ever put in.

Great comment Jonathan... As Jesus changes us, and we learn to love Him and receive that love, it flows to everyone we touch.
